Christmas Jumper Day at Metapack
Red-nosed reindeers, Santa hats, snowmen. On December 11, our sweaters featured Christmas motifs and brought smiles on our faces. We had a great time, but what really counted was one important cause.
Christmas Jumper Day for kids
Christmas Jumper Day is an annual fundraising campaign in Great Britain and Ireland, organized by the Save the Children Foundation in Great Britain. Our office in London cannot imagine being indifferent to it, and we – as part of the crew – gladly took up the challenge. After all, nothing makes us feel more festive than clothes with a Christmas theme.
Save the Children in Gubin and Krosno Odrzańskie
The funds obtained thanks to Christmas Jumper Day go to the Save the Children Foundation. The Management Board of Metapack decided to organize its own fundraiser and allocated PLN 50 to the foundation for each photo taken by Metapackers. In our Polish office, however, we wanted to support local institutions and so, the funds collected thanks to Metapackers from Zielona Góra were transferred to the County Orphanage in Gubin and Krosno Odrzańskie.
