Blood has been shed!
Helping is in our blood. That is why, when Blood Bus appeared in front of our company , we went outside in crowds to support patients of nearby hospitals.
In cooperation with the Regional Center for Blood Donation and Blood Treatment in Zielona Góra, we organized a blood donation among our employees at our headquarters. We knew that we could count on their commitment as this wasn’t the first time we asked them for their blood.
Metapackers like to help, and we know they don’t do it for a few chocolates and a break from work. It was perfectly described by Paweł Kowal from the Eagles team, whom we asked about the event:
The tradition of donating blood is quite long in my family - my dad has been donating blood for 20 years. Later my mom needed blood for the operation and then I saw the good coming back. So I help hoping someone else may help me afterwards.
